We will begin gathering at 6:30 PM on November 24 at the BP Energy Center at the corner of the Seward Highway and Benson Blvd.  The program will be two-fold:  Orchid Swap and a group Q & A session.  As we acquire new, amazing orchids we sometimes lose interest in older plants we have had for a while.  Perhaps the plant hasn't flowered recently and you are ready to move on.  These would be excellent candidates for the Orchid Swap.  The plants should be in reasonably good condition and bug free.  At this meeting you can swap, trade or sell them.  The club usually asks for a 10% fee for orchids sold at our meetings, but that fee will be excluded for this meeting.  Even if you don't have plants to swap there will be other plants that members are passing along so it is a great opportunity to find some new-to-you orchids for little to no additional cost.  It should be fun!  It's also an extra opportunity to get your questions answered.
